Now, more than ever, the voice of early care and education is critical in Washington, D.C and RIVHSA has worked hard to develop a legislative agenda which gives a voice to the most important issues facing HS/EHS programs in Region IV and across the country. Our legislative agenda and activities are position driven and nonpartisan in approach. As part of our advocacy plan, we have scheduled legislative conference calls for the regional HS/EHS community.
