Executive Officer

Myra Ingram  

Effective July 1, 2006, Myra Ingram was named Executive Officer of the Association. Ms. Ingram is a highly qualified executive manager whose accomplishments reflect superior business operational and development instincts, strong leadership skills, and a demonstrated commitment to organizational growth. Offering over 13 years of professional experience within non-profit organizations, and more than 7 years in the Head Start community performing in positions of increasing responsibility. Before assuming her current position, Myra was the Program Specialist and was charged with developing and implementing innovative professional development and program enhancement opportunities for the regional Head Start community. Before joining the Association, she was a Head Start Director in Tennessee. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology.
