About The Conference February 6-9, 2012 Sheraton Atlanta The Region IV Head Start Association, Inc. invites you to attend our annual conference. This is the premier training event in Region IV providing educational enrichment opportunities for hundreds of Head Start policymakers, administrators, service providers, parents, community partners and business leaders, as well as an array of professionals in the field of child development and research. The educational sessions address legislative issues, early care and education, intervention and prevention strategies, as well as quality initiatives and practices. The conference is a wonderful opportunity to exchange ideas and information with administrators and practitioners from throughout the southeast region. Exhibit Booths The educational sessions are conveniently located close to the lively Exhibit Hall to encourage participants to visit booths throughout the conference. In addition, all exhibitors will be listed in the conference program with their customer contact information in our Exhibitor Directory so participants may also access you when they return home. This year, there are 40 individual booth spaces available and there is no limit to the number of spaces that can be purchased. Space will be reserved on a first-come, first-paid basis. The best booth locations are usually obligated in early November, so don’t delay. If your organization is interested in exhibiting at our regional training event, please purchase booth space early to secure the best location in the Exhibit Hall.

Once we receive your registration form and payment, you will receive an Exhibitor’s Planning Packet providing complete information on how you can customize your booth by adding features such as power and phone lines, computer links, televisions, VCRs, etc. In addition, exhibitors will receive one complimentary standard Conference Registration for each exhibit space reserved (Valued at $275.00). A standard registration entitles you to receive conference materials (i.e. tote, gifts) as well as entry into all general sessions and educational workshops except those that require additional fees such as pre-conference sessions and the Leadership Institute. You may purchase additional registrations for your staff at the discounted rate of $125.00 per person.
